Hi, I’m Isabella!
As a little girl, I always dreamt of influencing systematic change. But my childhood was far from traditional—it was turbulent, to say the least. Raised by the most powerful single mother I know, resilience wasn’t a choice; it was a way of life. Growing up, I saw and felt what it meant to struggle, and I always knew I wanted more. Not just for myself but for others, too. Maybe it’s the “rescuer” in me—the part of my inner child that has always wanted to help others heal, to create a world where pain is met with understanding, safety, and empowerment.
Professional Experience
My journey has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences. At 15, I was the first in my family to start college, pursuing a degree in Psychology and Sociology.
Not long after beginning my Masters Program, I eventually went on to climb the corporate ladder at both start ups and Fortune 500 Companies, holding roles at organizations like US Bank, MTV, Viacom, and Paramount Studios. But it wasn’t until a painful heartbreak in 2019 that my world truly shifted. That moment inspired me to leave behind 7+ years in Human Resources, quit my Head of HR role in Los Angeles and dive headfirst into personal development. I’m so grateful my inner work sparked this passion and the entrepreneurial journey that led me here.

The Secret To Resilience
Through my own healing journey, I realized something that blew my mind: most trauma is relational trauma. It stems from the ways we’ve been hurt in our relationships with others both intentionally or unintentionally—whether through abandonment, betrayal, or neglect.
But here’s the beautiful truth: what hurts us in relationships can also heal us. I believe healthy relationships are the foundation of resilience. I know I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them. And that’s why my work focuses so heavily on helping people rebuild trust, connection, and safety within themselves and others.
Working Together
In my coaching practice, I draw from a variety of modalities, including trauma-informed care, somatic experiencing, emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, attachment theory, and shadow work. When working with my clients, I came to understand the question was not "Why aren't you accomplishing your goals?" But rather, "What happened to you that made you feel like you couldn't?"
The most critical aspects of career (and life) development are less about strategy and productivity, but rather, they are about emotions and mindset.
My approach is holistic because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply personal. Whether I’m working with someone recovering from narcissistic abuse, struggling with self-sabotage, or navigating relationship recovery, my goal is always the same: to help people move from surviving to thriving.
Topics Covered In Sessions Include:
Attachment Styles | Narcissistic Abuse | Confidence & Self Esteem | Self Sabotage | Subconscious Reprogramming | Relationship Recovery | Emotional Regulation & Mindset | Shadow Work | Childhood Regression

When we think about trauma, it’s easy to picture the life-altering events—the accidents, betrayals, or moments of loss that shake us to our core. But trauma isn’t just the big things that happen to us. It’s also the small things that didn’t happen to us—the warmth we didn’t receive, the support we longed for but never got, or the safety we were supposed to feel but didn’t.
Often times the fear of re-experiencing past pain prevents us from pursuing new experiences. For me, resilience isn’t just about bouncing back from hardship. It’s about stepping into your power, reclaiming your story, and creating a life that feels authentic to you. It’s about recognizing that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control how we respond.
My work is rooted in the belief that education is empowerment—whether it’s through my Resilience Planner, one-on-one coaching, corporate or group sessions, I aim to give people the tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
But let me be clear: this work isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about revealing more of yourself. Healing isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about integrating it. It’s about finding wholeness—not perfection—and allowing yourself to be seen, loved, and valued for who you truly are.
